So just got back and the food was good, but there's a problem with something they charge you for blue cheese dressing but don't tell you and it's not on the menu. when asked why I was told cause they make it in house. I told the owner that this is misleading and was told no it's not and they always charge for it. it's to bad he thinks that it's ok to charge people for something they don't know about.
Wish I could leave ZERO STARS!! Won't honor website pricing on Daily Special. Says website needs updating. And that's my fault how? Now I have to scramble to find food elsewhere. All this over two dollars and the manager wouldn't come to the phone. Bad business dealings. Booo

We had the pleasure of dining at Sofia’s this evening. Went in with 7 people, were seated right away and were greeted by our server ISA. She took our drink order then our food order and I was extremely impressed with how perfect a server she was. Never made 1 mistake and served everyone together and on time and with a super friendly personality. Considering we ordered veal parm, fried clams, salmon, etc. very different meals but were all served together. And the food was amazing. We dine out very frequently and not often do we find a perfect gem like Sofia’s. If you have the opportunity dine here and enjoy it.Best regards,John Guzoski.

By far the best place around the owners are fabulous and the clam chowder and cheesecake are like no other.

I am taking the time to let other customers know there is still great Italian restaurants here in our town. My family loved this home stile food for years but we all moved, now that my wife and I have returned this is our place.. In the last four weeks and twice a week enjoyed different meals on there vast menu . From dinners to pizza and grinders we can only love each meal more. Fresh and large amounts with every meal and the seasoning melt in your mouth.. All this hard work from owner to staff and love is felt each time we visit, SOFIA has the meals to make our day.

I worked at Sophia’s in my 20’s and am still enjoying their food nearly 30 years later! Sophia’s has been owned by the same family for all of those years and their commitment to serving quality, great tasting food at a fair price hasn’t changed. My family all agrees they have the best red sauce in the area but if you’re not on the mood for pasta the fisherman’s platter and steak tip special are some of our other favorites. And my husband swears by the chicken fillet with broccoli, oil and garlic! If you’re looking for a menu with plenty of variety, good food, and nice staff Sophia’s is a no brainer. There’s nothing else within 30 minutes that’s comes close.
